My personal experience of Weight Loss Products
I have spent time in various health clinics around the world, so I have seen how different products work in the clinic. It's not that these are the only weight loss products that work; in fact, the studies suggest they may work better than any other product. However, many of them seem to be very poorly designed and poorly formulated. They often don't work at all. In addition, these products all seem to have side effects that are very serious. Many people I've met who have tried these products have experienced very negative side effects such as high blood pressure and heart disease.
I have been on a strict diet for many years and have been eating lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy products. These products have certainly helped me lose weight. However, in fact, they have made me fat. These foods are full of calories and the extra fat causes problems for the heart and kidneys.
The Bottom Line: The bottom line is: The diets of some weight-loss experts claim that if a person is not able to lose weight on a strictly low-calorie diet, that person can and should continue to diet and not gain weight. In fact, these people are wrong.
